Round 2 opens for the Research and Development Solutions Fund
As part of the University’s COVID-19 support package for the region, it is offering grants of up to £20,000 for joint research and development and knowledge transfer projects with businesses. The first round of the University’s Research and Development Solutions Fund saw awards made to five projects from Science and Health, to Technology and Engineering, and now a second application window has opened. The fund can support joint R&D projects; access to specialist technical support, facilities and equipment; initial research activities, feasibility studies or implementation; and academic and business partner research time.
The call for applications is now open until 9am on Monday 22 March, and anyone interested in applying should register their interest and details of the partnership with email@example.com or call 0800 0525600.
